Why do avoidants keep dating people who are ready to love for real? I sincerely doubt he misses me. He discarded me in the coldest way ever days after Xmas with my family. Never once even had an argument.

Even if he said this it wouldn't change that he broke me...more than once. I will NEVER stop loving him. What we had was special. But I had to leave. I had to choose myself...for once... because he couldn't. I have forgiven him, but I will never forget.

Your comprehension of the mind is profound. Empath I would guess. You are articulating the very words an avoidant does not have the ability to say. That is why it’s named an avoidant, masters of avoiding even their own emotions.

he warned me from the beginning he doesn't stay with anyone 😔 why I didn't listen. he's a complete avoidant and I should have run when I heard those words. he enjoyed watching me chase him over and over. no more!
