Athens PD was infamous regarding this when I went to law school there. The bike cops would hide in the parking garage, see someone tip up a bottle right before parking, swarm the vehicle and then multiple charges would likely follow. Lots of money for Athens, Georgia.

can you also do a video about felons and firearms in vehicles? I know people who’ve had a passenger arrested because the driver had a firearm in the vehicle and I also know someone who wasn’t arrested because the driver had a firearm in the vehicle and I don’t know what the actual law is..

i’m in ga and these girls got stopped bc they came through the drive through with open containers of beer in the cup holder, cops came and said neither blew over the limit so they didn’t do anything with either of them
