Gross. I supervise a team of technicians that support the entire site. New technician is female & 2 weeks into them starting I forwarded the email chain for a monthly drinks night that usually a dozen or so people go to. Except that time where it was literally just her & I & I was so embarrassed & uncomfortable that she might have thought I did this on purpose. Luckily the email chain proved I wasn't & we didn't stay very long. Next time it was the usual crowd & it was a good time, but man that first one was just terrible luck, lol.

girl, that was crazy! 😳 not the same thing but I was kinda manipulated by the little old ladies at the supermarket I worked at when I was 18 into dating an older guy. they said "oh he's nice & he thinks you're beautiful". later found out he would just stare at me for hours from where he stocked while I was on the register. 😳 went out a few times but realized I was way too young for a relationship as he had been married before & had a kid. I was definitely not ready for that. he didn't take the news well & actually went to my parents to try & win me back. it was the CRAZIEST thing that ever happened to me at the time! 🤣
