The pollinators/hummingbirds went nuts over it so I might plant a little patch just for that but it’s so common where I live nobody wanted it as a cut flower in bouquets.

I'm a very different zone than you (zone 5), I grow mine outside from transplant in the spring, I use it as foliage in fall market bouquets and love it for that, it does get a little droppy outside on hot summer market day, but fall it holds up great at market and lasts in a vase really well, and it produces like crazy

I love Cerinthe! But I use mine before it flowers so it’s all green. I use it for foliage in bouquets.

I sell a ton of bouquets with it at Lane County Farmers Market. The trick I found was design my bouquets upside down and it worked incredibly well in my wildflower style stuff.

I have a pack of seeds, and was on the fence about planting it. I'm a farmer's market gal too so I'll pass! thank you!

Loved it as it grew, hated it in my bouquets. Of course it self seeded and haunted me in the fall. Lol 😂

good to know you can over winter it, I'm in New Zealand so in summer now. Might trial it in my autumn sowing, I didn't get to my seeds in spring. I'd love to test it out for the pollinators and garden 🥰
