madali lang ayusin yan brother if you have a usb flashdrive you need to download the same OS version on what you have and rebuild the boot rec partition ng system since it is corrupted, you don't need to reformat it. May tutorials sa youtube on how to do this. Usually ginagawa una is SFC and DISM commands pero if all else fails that is the time you need a fresh copy of windows installation and use the uncorrupted BCD file from it to repair the corrupted one on your PC. Andaming di alam neto pero super helpful sya
