What exists is the write-up in your folder. That's the asset — and that's exactly why building together beats explaining later: you never document a year of decisions, because documenting was the doing. Days — not years — gets you the skeleton standing. That is not the same as a business making money. Customers are still your job. But the build, the part that used to take a year and a payroll?
