What I find interesting is how this was from an anonymous source. No charges were filed against him or his company. He publicly stepped down from his company and they hired a company to investigate and they found no evidence. Why is this guy the first dude in the history of SA accusations that get cancelled; but all the same people screaming “believe women!” on this platform are the same people yapping on and on about Justin Baldoni’s innocence. Makes no sense to me at all. And now I gotta listen to my favorite series being narrated by someone who can never compare because y’all attacked any and all authors used him. You exposed him and his family. Some of y’all behavior is worse. I will never ever support that behavior…ever!

Until facts are proven against anyone allegations are just that.. allegations. He is still one of my favorite narrators and will remain so until he has been found guilty by a Court of law. I have stopped purchasing books by some of the authors that jumped on the 'burn him at the stake' bandwagon with no factual proof. Im not going to wild and windy but I am going to a book event he will be at in May simply because he will be there.

I no longer buy anything narrated by him, since the 2024 scandal. He disappeared for a second then came back and it's like everyone forgot. I have mad respect for authors who recast characters he performed in incomplete series. Women supporting women.

His talent is unmatched, the characters he portrays he does better than any other narrator I’ve heard. So raw and emotional and real. Idk what happened with him, but it’s not going to stop me from enjoying the books that I love to listen to. If the claims are true I empathize for the victim(s) but I’m still supporting his work AND the author who wrote the books.

First..Grim was amazing Second.. the original allegations were wild and ridiculous. The communication released was Him sexting/texting/having conversations with some women and then when he made it clear that’s all it was..suddenly they claimed SH. Third.. he stood by authors that people tried to cancel for not being PC but the second the original claim came out they dropped him fast. So many of us still stand with Joe. I’ll listen to him read a grocery list 🤷🏻♀️

I don’t think it was “new” allegations- another popular (female) narrator made a tik tok about a book being delayed due to the male narrator being problematic and people just jumped to it being Joe Arden, started sleuthing ect.

I think maybe your video blew up again because another narrator on here made a video about her costar being filed for TT drama and everyone was trying to figure out the drama and who she was talking about. But she said in the comments it wasn’t Joe Arden this time

I have nothing to do with the event but I saw all the allegations unfold 2 years ago. Illegal or not, his behaviour was not acceptable - it doesn’t have to be deemed illegal by a judge in my eyes for you to lose my respect and support. Many authors suffered because of it. I won’t listen to him now.

I’ve looked and looked and can only find TikToks talking about ‘the scandal’ but zero actual allegations, even from an anonymous source. I’m genuinely team ‘believe the women’, but I can’t find a woman (anonymous or not) stating what happened - it just kind of feels icky to cancel Joe if there are only third hand stories but no allegations.
