I think putting the sauce *between* the phyllo layers would have been really cool, maybe a couple extra sheets for inside and outside crust and I think a lil butter in the bok choy mix to gloss the sauce and greens would have been cool.. I like it though, I'm just armchair editing, no insult intended

How would you feel about spending a bit more time describing the ingredients? Either the flavor, or the texture, or whatever makes it unique or unusual? I like this series but it's hard to imagine the results when I don't really understand the flavors involved.
