I couldnt even count how many times i quit before it finally stuck 🫣 my brain had to know that there was literally no form of moderation or control that i could manage with smoking before i could accept that i seriously had to just never do it again. Now almost three years later i couldnt even imagine wanting to smoke. Its totally gone! Always must remind myself that i am addddddiccccctttttteeeddddd and i can never have a little puff 🥰
