I have a Meebook M8 and I'll never get another e-reader that is not android based. Kindle and Kobo lock you into their ecosystem and it's BS. I want freedom to read from wherever I want to read w/out being forced to buy from a single place.

I got a bigme for the same reason. I didn’t find it too hard to set up. I got the bigme because it was £70 cheaper than boox 🙈

I LOVE MY BOOX but I'm also a bit of a nerd (not really tech savvy anymore, maybe never Really was but I know my way around enough to get what I want) And I like comics as well so I opted for a more open android based system that let me install apps And download books, comics and manga directly to my device (shoutout mihon, your reader is fire) but I will say that I also can't Really complain about my sister's Kobo that I tested for a while

I got a boox gc7 for my birthday but I want to throw it out the window! The texts aren’t as crisps as a kindle. And I like to read with a black background and it looks grainy/still light on KU 😭

I just got my Go Color 7 gen 2 for my birthday and I watched all of your videos... multiple times..it was a pain to set up but I do love it now that i got it all tweaked just right. are you using the stock launcher or a different one? im currently using smart launcher and its working well for me

I got a boox palma 2 for Christmas as a second e-reader - wanted something small to fit in my bag and also a device that I could use libby with (it’s not available in the UK on kindle)
