really?? i STARTED with hibiscus tea on my first batch😂😭 and i keep changing it over time.. i have done peppermint, cardamom, lavendar, chamomile, dahangpao and more (i have alot kind cuz im a tea lover before i started kombucha) n my scoby is still ok regardless..

I always just add my flavoured teas leaves in the second ferment right in the bottles.

i do a mix if i want a herbal flavor ┐(´∀｀)┌ like a 50/50 mix of black/green tea and herbal tea. but mostly flavors can be added after bottling.
