@chronicallyill_em: Got told by my doctor that it’s just anxiety, but the only time my pulse is 70-90 is when I’m laying down for a long while. When I stand it always goes up over 30 bpm. Usually around 135-150. When walking it’s 175-185 bpm. I’m dizzy, nauseous, and have never felt more alone. I don’t know what to do. Yahh, thats anxiety, i feel same, i have panick disorder, aghoraphobia, hipokondria, and i always screening whats symptom agains at my body, so i go to psikiater, get some clue and exctualy medicine, like alprazolan and Setraline (SRRI) and then, the doctor tell, ignore about the symptom, i know thats hard to do, but trust me! If you cannot control your brain, brain can control you! So! Keep life! Never give up! And keep Pray to Jesus!

I was diagnosed with inappropriate sinus tachycardia, but i most definitely have pots and the same symptoms as you, but it was way easier to get diagnosed with sinus tachycardia and the treatment drugs are the same. Try going to a heart doctor and ask to get a 48 hour heart surveillance machine

they told me I was just dehydrated.. mine goes from 75bpm to 146bpm just from standing and higher like are we fr😭

Check your gut health , I’ve learned that causes palpitations as well & may not be anxiety at all. I suffered for an entire year just to find out it’s gastro.

get checked for pots, also inappropriate sinus tachycardia (i kinda have overlay of both) but hyper pots but fit more inappropriate sinus as I get it sat down
