I make this exact same thing but instead of yogurt, I use cottage cheese and I put it in my food processor same exact way cottage cheese, strawberry farmers protein, and strawberries cut up, but I add a little bit of strawberry Jell-O and then I freeze it for a little bit so it hardens a little

anything over 30g protein in a meal is a waste. The body can’t absorb more than that in one meal. Later in the day, yes, but not all at once.
