I sometimes use overstimulated when im overwhelmed because I have an EXTREMELY hard time finding the right words so I just say what comes to mind (I DONT SAY IT ON PURPOSE I PROMISE 😭😭)

Yes. These words exist for a reason. When they’re watered down or misused, it makes it harder for neurodivergent people to be taken seriously when it actually matters. Thank you for naming this so clearly 💛
