I had hysterectomy 2017 due to adeno/endo. A few months later , pain was back and found out it had attached to my bladder! It’s been hell ever since 🙏🏼

Does a progestin like Slynd / Norethindrone help estrogen dominance since they stop estrogen altogether & Endo feeds off estrogen growth? I was on Norethindrone & having a reallyyyy hard time, so my surgeon put me on Yaz. I've done all the diet changes / supplements you've mentioned but still on & off if I should take Yaz bc it's BC. After excision surgery for stage 4 endo, I have to wait 6 mo on suppressors to conceive bc I'm also getting an adenomyectomy for adeno :( any useful info helps
