Hematology only discharged me in the basis of 4 monthly checks. I have to fight all the time. My records are constantly not completed correctly and I have to ask for the print outs. The Drs constantly write normal then you get the print out and it's not! I know mine never are normal which is why I ask. I have a bone marrow issue. I've never had a normal count in my life.

Totally agree I have mine done every 6 months I’m 59 and been doing this for almost 3 years now better finding problems early than later

I moved to Serbia last year and I check my blood every 2 months because I have Hashimotos and pernicious aneamia. I check TSH, FBC, Ferritin + transferin sat, folate, b12 and vit D - it costs me about £35
