Oils are Glosses to me as they have the same effect to add shine. Balms are more functional, even if some have color or flavor. Can you do “Lip Oils and Glosses” and “Lip Balms and Treatments?”

IMO ever since the dior lip oils got popular every brand tried to capitalize off of that and made their own lip "oil" which was just a glorified lip gloss. The dior ones were sticky even though they were marketed as an oil. I think brands need to go back to the drawing board ngl bc alot of the times these oils are just lip glosses in disguise.
