If they found the gun then it was justified. However shots should never be fired unless that gun is seen! I don’t care the situation of “we’ve think he has a gun” or “someone said he/they had a gun”. If those officers didn’t see a gun, then them firing their weapons was unjustified! Now, just because there may be no gun, doesn’t mean they weren’t doing wrong. Only criminals and people doing wrong run from the cops like that. If your innocent, you have no reason what so ever to run or resist.
