Outer/inner is a terrible setting. Hover your mouse over the setting and it will tell you why.

I have an ender 3 pro. highly upgraded but 200mms on outside walls is crazy. I'll do 60 max but I don't have the cooling a bamboo has but its decent for an ender!!!
