The receptionist NEEDS training!! Not having/keeping record of the “suspected fraud” transactions and not getting the contact info of the ppl calling to report their card being used fraudulently seems like pretty logical steps a business would want to take …. In general the business owner NEEDS fraud protection training for ALL of their staff!
