The very first day I arrived here, in the very first pen, I made my way around everyone in that pen. And I was chosen. I was chosen by a horse who wouldn’t leave me alone as I wandered around, trying to show everyone this horse just stayed with me, nuzzling with my back playing with my hair and resting his head on my shoulder. In fact, I made a comment to him and said, you know exactly what you’re doing don’t you? I wrote down his tag number to try to save him. To me, I feel he clearly belong to somebody important in his life that he had a relationship with and landed somehow in the hell hole he’s standing in.. but when I went to give the tag numbers as once we wanted to pull, I was told no. That loads were going out and if I pulled them, it would make their load short and due to the ice storm coming in everyone was leaving.. I was sick. My heart broke for him and I cried.. throughout the next couple days. I kept spending time with him and recording private videos for myself just to remember him.. and every day I asked regarding those same tag numbers over and over the answer was still no.. over the next couple days we are able to retain to one of which was an old Belgian who we named grandma a second one ended up becoming the mule, but still a no on this one.. and still a no on the paint with half blind eye. The trucks came and the trucks went. We lost the paint with the blind eye bless your little soul., and then I found this one out back again the next day standing in the far corner I asked again, and I was told he didn’t fit on the truck. There was a small handful of leftovers they would be waiting for the next truck I asked again and the answer was yes for an amount of money that a rescue shouldn’t be paying and I didn’t ask my followers.. but somebody heard my plea for help his name is Pepsi-Cola because he’s bubbly personality like soda pop. I shared one of the private videos and the second video is after we were told he could stay.. but he watched his friends loading to Mexico and you can see the fear in his eye what was happening.
