@madelainerascan: My life won’t ever be the same.. Take your kabochas (or any hard winter squash) 400F for 20 mins *other squashes cook time will vary depending on size/thickness of skin ❤️
Just make sure you poke it with a fork or something before you put it in the oven whole because it could explode 🥲

I just shared this with my my whole family. We all had the same idea to just BAKE THE WHOLE PUMPKIN. Don't try picking up a whole soggy baked pumpkin. The thumbs slide through the pumpkin skin, then the intense heat removes the human skin.
