@bucketlistjourney: Riding in a boat the shape of a swan with views of Mt. Fuji? Yes, please. Riding the swan boat on Lake Yamanaka was one of those moments that made me say, “Of course this exists in Japan.” The boat is literally shaped like a giant swan, with Mount Fuji rising behind it. We hopped on for a super relaxing 20-minute cruise, gliding across the lake with unreal Fuji views that felt almost fake. And just to make it better, there are real swans living on the lake that sometimes swim right up to you. You can even buy a little bag of food for 100 yen to feed the ducks and, if you’re lucky, the swans too. If you’ve got more time, you can bike around the lake in about 1.5–2 hours, stopping at small châteaux, shrines, and temples along the way, or hit the hiking trail for a nature fix. #VisitJapan #JapanTrip #JapanBucketList #greatertokyo #PR | things to do in Japan
