Let's look at the facts. The man was videoing ice, completely legal, a verbal altercation between him and the ice agents escalated into an attempted illegal detainment by federal agents, the man resisted and was then dog piled and beaten by around 6 ICE agents, the man had a registered firearm holstered in his back wasteband of his pants and belt, it is completely legal to conceal and open carry in Minneapolis, an ice agent in a gray jacket noticed his firearm and seized the weapon which was the right call given the intense situation. What was NOT the right call was what happened next. The man's hands were nowhere near his weapon, he was already pinned down by 4 or 5 other officers, after the firearm was already in possession of the ice agent in gray, another agent opened fire on an unarmed man with 2 or 3 other ice agents following suit shooting a man 11 to 14 times. This was unlawful, unnecessary and an execution. Fuck Ice.
