If you never introduce a jam sandwich they wouldn’t know what it is , I started with chicken curry and blitzed onions , he eats everything now including jam sandwiches

Imagine how 'nails on a chalk board' feels, or whatever puts your teeth on edge. Thats how I imagine a child with sensory processing disorder feels about a lot of food. Hence the struggle. Autism is incredibly complex 💙
