@brookelmason: my take on the viral 2 ingredient japanese cheesecake 🤤 cannot believe how good this turned out! I've seen people make this with yogurt, but I personally think it tastes so much better with cottage cheese — it gives it that true cheesecake flavor and consistency (once you sweeten it you don't even taste the cottage cheese) the entire container comes out to ~60g of protein which is incredible for a dessert that tastes this good! ingredients: — cottage cheese @good culture — maple syrup — vanilla extract — cinnamon & salt — @Simple Mills honey sweet thins 1. blend your cottage cheese until it's smooth. I used an immersion blender (game changer) but you can use any blender 2. add maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt and mix well. adjust sweetness to taste 3. add in your honey cinnamon sweet thins (any graham cracker / biscoff cookie / honey cinnamon cracker works) note: if you're doing everything in the cottage cheese container like I did, you'll need to remove a few spoonfuls of the cottage cheese because the added crackers will make it overflow 4. refrigerate overnight & enjoy! #dessert #protein #desserttiktok #sweettreat #Recipe
