@destinysmithfitt: Sometimes I catch myself looking at the sky longer than usual, not because I’m waiting on anything, but because it slows everything down. I’ve spent a lot of my life thinking I needed the next thing, the next plan, the next big move, the next version of myself, like if I could just get there everything would finally feel settled. But lately it’s been quieter than that. Watching the sun come up or go down has a way of reminding me that life doesn’t actually need to be rushed, that things can unfold without force, and that some seasons are meant for breathing, not proving. I’m learning that not every season needs a plan, not every moment needs an answer, and not everything that feels still is actually stuck. Some of the biggest shifts happen when nothing looks like it’s changing at all. So yeah, same sky, different day, different perspective, different pace, and somehow that’s been enough. If you’ve been feeling behind, overwhelmed, or unsure, maybe you don’t need to do more. Maybe you just need to look up and remember how big the world is, and how small this moment really is in the best way. “From the rising of the sun to its setting, the name of the Lord is to be praised.” Psalm 113:3
