we are currently here and I'm not sure if they weren't expecting the amount of people but I feel like we have had to wait for buses for quite a long time on a few days and we watched Surfside/dockside have like 5 buses during the time we were waiting. when we paid extra for this hotel it is frustrating that we have to wait and they do not. their bus spot is also way closer to the stairs than ours.
