This is not the problem, merely a distraction. The problem is Algeria keeps provoking Morocco to drag us in a war, because of the Moroccan Sahara. Algeria is rich of natural resources but fails to flourish. No one wants to live in Algeria, it’s a country without a soul. What’s left is the cancer, which is their government.
