Not being there I can’t really tell. Was it in sync with the blades? If it was it more than likely isn’t an engine problem.

Using way too much power for two on board. Fouled plug or stuck valve is a good place to start looking.

I picked up a small piece (3”) of black plastic trash bag once, it wrapped on an outer edge of a blade, shook the heli bad!

You need to lighten up your grip. You are "white knuckiling" fly with 3 fingers Thumb,pointer and middle and try resting your wrist on your leg. easy way to fly.
