I thought everyone was operating with that understanding. when he separated the water from above and below the firmament he placed a dome to separate them. he separated water in the blow half into second in land and seas ect. there was nothingness and simultaneously there was something. the water is a representation of movement of both time and space. if you look to modern science for answers you'll find that water stores memories, and some of it is older than the earth itself.
