My biggest tip would be to just join all the Facebook groups, even before you’re ready to purchase an rv park. It gives you a really up close look at all the intricacies of owning an rv park as well as plugs you in to a really diverse and widespread community. You’ll learn a lot just from reading posts from people that already own a park, are looking to sell etc! Just make sure any listings you do find are also listed on other sale platforms like Crexi or you can verify the deed matches the seller.
