That reminds me of a big bed jacket. I nursed all three of my kids in the 80s and 90s and we had nothing like that and of course it was all frowned on back then to nurse in public and so I would either go into the ladies room or into the car and use a baby blanket to cover part of my shoulder and my kid and I’m generally shy anyway about exposure so I wasn’t into fighting for that right. However, I defend any mother’s right to feed their baby in public if that’s what they want to do. That’s a perfect little jacket for that.

I like that. I am not confident in public. I usually just throw a blanket over my shoulder but it’s so hard to put things back up without showing everything.

That’s nice! I used to have one that had Velcro that ran around my neck and it went over the baby and it was really thin! It was black so you couldn’t see through it.

Try @Latched Mama they have functional/convenient nursing clothes! I have a pullover that I still wear it’s cute and helps you stay covered but feed easily. Large chested mama too! Great size range!

I breastfeed both mine. I have massive boobs anyways so feeding was a nightmare as I'd thought I'd smother them 🤣. so I didn't care what people thought, I just was considerate and didn't whip it on while I'm the shopping aisle or something 🤣

I always did the 2 shirt method.. lol I’ve worn tank tops ever since. Tank top on the bottom so my muffin top didn’t get cold. Then a larger top on top to pull up over my boob and not really be showing anything. Idk if that makes sense

Never did whip it out either, very modest here because mine were huge as well. So, I always fed my child in the car before going in anywhere.

I used the konny baby wrap, could breast feed while doing anything and no one could tell. Had a grandpa look fully down my top while shopping to admire the baby and didn’t even notice, was horrified when I told him 😂

I tried to cover up with my first. I wouls just use a blanket but I felt ridiculous. the blanket seemed to always get in the way and I hated that I couldn't just look down and see how my son was or if my boob was in his way (I am also larger chested) so one day I finally said fuck it and just started whipping my titties out whenever he was hungry no matter where I was. I'm definitely more confident now with my second but at first you do feel like everyone is starting at but I promise 90% of people don't care. I have never had anyone say anything to me.
