I have been taking this stuff but mine is the target looking stuff. I love how it feel on it. And my body will remind me to take it. I mix it with honey and I grew to love the nasty taste. But my question is can we take to much of it. Should we take everyday and not take a break.i have alot of autoimmune disorders and this stuff gives me my energy to make it through the day
