yall it hurts because you're holding your neck in the correct position for once . 😭 its the same reason why people don't stick with standing straight too long when trying to fix their posture , it hurts because your bones are curved incorrectly .

I have a cervical pillow and it’s amazing. I did not purchase this brand, purchased mine about Two yrs ago and it’s a life saver. My neck is in horrible shape and has been for over 30 yrs, this pillow is magic during flair ups.
