If the sun is inside the water above, then the sun will die but again there's no dome which means the Sun is OUTSIDE which means there's no water ourside 😂

clouds dont hold water when it rains,ok the firmanent is real so are the waters above,when it rains the clouds cover the sky completely then the dome which is the firmanent shatters like glass it releases water passing via the clouds then we see rain,once the earth is filled with water the dome repairs itself then the clouds move and we see clear sky,the clouds act like a shadow,the only real thing gere on earth is waters which is life(all life forms came from water)and the firmanent,the rest of the heavenly bodies as you call them the Luminaries inc sun,stars,galaxy and moon are projections,and are simulated,anyway these are my thoughts✌️
