Yeah it be like that sometimes no clue just do. This one time, I was gearing up to stitching my self back together .. then the room went fuzzy .. probably due to my positioning..I almost passed out good thing the wall caught my face first, it softened my landing to the floor .. the needle thread and superglue well I had to use the superglue at that point .. breathing is important I noticed you held your breath.. at least your sitting down! Smart. I ended up using the glue n the “ducttape medical patchnstitch method”
