I went through the exact same thing last year in January. Nightmares and anxiety attacks. Thankful to have a husband who prays over me. One thing that brought us joy was making a blessing basket on the one year anniversary of our miscarriage. We took it to a local hospital and blessed a family that had just had a baby

I’m sorry you’re going through that!!! I’ve been having bad dreams since 2023, I got put on medication for “schizophrenia & bipolar” and it’s horrible. I wish I didn’t have bad nightmares there so vivid and seem so real… but it’s all the enemy!!! He will try to destroy us!! I’m praying for you sis, bc I know what it’s like!!💗💗
