I’m now a toner pad girlie. I love using toner pads as the first step of my routine to swipe off any leftover sebum/dirt, hydrate and gently exfoliate. They also work well as a quick hydrating mask. Reviewing 3 toner pads from popular Korean brands below ⬇️ All are fragrance free. 💚 Abib Heartleaf Spot Pad Rating: 10/10 🏅 I’ve reviewed this before and I stand by it! Almost done with the 140 pieces in my jumbo pack and I still love it! 💗 Just a very hydrating, soothing toner pad that’s good for both swiping and masking with the gauze + cotton material. The pads are juicy, preps the skin well and it’s not sticky. 🏷️ Price: $19 or S$26 for 150ml/80 pads 💚 Torriden Balanceful Toner Pad Rating: 9/10 Ok, this isn’t that popular yet. But it deserves to be! The pads are the soft cotton type, fairly soaked and juicy. The formula is hydrating, and it doesn’t feel sticky. Works ok as a mask too. It offers some gentle exfoliation with PHA and LHA. I can confirm that it does help my skin to feel a bit softer ☁️ The flip top packaging is convenient, but do not invert it because it’s not water tight. It will leak. And the holder for the tweezers doesn’t work well. 🏷️ Price: $12 or S$21 for 180ml/60 pads 💚 Anua Heartleaf 77 Clear Pad Rating: 7/10 Anua is also a hydrating + soothing + exfoliating toner pad like Torriden. Similar pad material as Torriden but a bit smaller. It claims to control sebum production and shrink pores. But tbh I didn’t see anything special about it. It has PHA to exfoliate gently, but I felt that Torriden has more effective results. The pads are also not as soaked as other brands, and therefore doesn’t feel as hydrating. The toner itself is also a bit more sticky.
