My best friend was hit my a drunk driver just over 3 years ago, they’ve actually only just came to an agreement over it. He’ll never work again, still having surgery’s, now has so many conditions. The guy got put away, let back out, did it again. They really don’t learn sadly. Glad your friend is okay! It’s a scary situation people shouldn’t be put into
