I had this for months and months went to the gp 3 times in the end I got referred for an endoscopy because i explained how intense the feeling was. My results showed a sliding hernia which was causing the acid, lump feeling, difficulty swallowing and regurgitating xxx

Yes had that, it turned out to be a cyst, it comes and goes, sometimes it’s there for weeks and then goes away for months. Was told nothing sinister, hope your is not sinister.x

Yeah I have the same, was out on a two week cancer referral. Had biopsies, scans and was told that I have four thyroid nodules. All benign, regular checks on one nodule. I was told that i could have removed but can be a difficult surgery and lose voice and recommended to carry on as normal. I was discharged from hospital. To go back if have any changes.

When I used to swallow I felt I had a lump in my throat I had a camera up my nose and down my throat, and it was my vocal cords it’s called reinkes oedema swelling of the vocal cords and my voice kept changing
