What i actually mean when i say i meal prep! đ (MAKES 4): CRISPY CHICKEN: đ 400g Raw Chicken breast fillet (100g Each) đ Seasoning of choice ( i used Salt, Pepper, Cumin, Ginger, Garlic, Tumeric, Chilli flakes & Tandoori massala) đ 1 Egg (50g) đ 50g Cornflakes - To a bowl, add Chicken, seasoning & egg. Mix well - In a separate plate, Crush cornflakes & press each chicken fillet into it to cover both sides - Lay each coated chicken onto parchment paper - Airfry at 188C for 15-20mins until crispy (flip over half way through) SAUCE: đ¤ 80g 0% Fat Greek yogurt (or mayo if prefer) đ¤ Fresh Garlic (or powder) đ¤ Salt & Oregano (can use ranch seasoning too) - Mince the garlic (use the salt to help) - Mix into yogurt along with oregano ASSEMBLY: đ 4 Brioche burger buns đ 40g Shredded Lettuce đ 4 LIGHT cheese slices - Optional: Airfry or toast burger buns until crispy - Place 1 cheese slice on the bottom of each bun along with lettuce - Add a layer sauce to the top buns (if you want to freeze/ prep these then store sauce in separate containers) - Place crispy chicken on top of lettuce and close the bun - Eat as is or wrap in foil or cling film and store in fridge (can also freeze) HOW TO RE-HEAT: - DONT ADD sauce to the burger if youâre meal prepping them. Instead store separately in small containers & add once ready to eat - If you wrapped in foil then reheat in the Airfryer as is or remove foil - If wrapped in cling film then remove before heating - Optionally can eat them cold if choose to refrigerate MACROS (PER BURGER, Makes 4) CAL: 377 PROTEIN: 36g FAT: 8g CARB: 40g #burger #chickenburger #burgers #mealprep #lowcalorie

this specific bun has 156cal+4.6g protein, 1/4 egg has 18cal and 1.5g protein, cheese has 42cal 4.4g protein, 12.5g cornflakes â 48cal 0,8g protein, sauce 12cal + 2gprotein , iceberg lettuce â2cal , 100g chickenbreast raw skinless boneless 23g protein + 110cal (156+18+42+48+12+2+110)= 388calories (23+2+4,4+4,6+1,5+0,8)=36,3 protein i am 10 calories off but that is negligent. i dont have other specific brands and i rounded up most calories so i think her macros are fine yall are doing too much.
