The hotel employee tried to be a hero and didn't follow directions. He was specifically told by the hotel security to wait for the police to arrive first before entering thd room but he went in anyway. What if there was something happening in the room and he got injured or something? The hotel would be responsible for him even though he went against their instructions. I would have disciplined this employee.
