Once my gastric flares up, it takes 2 weeks for my stomach to feel normal again. I lost 5kg because I could only swallow porridge during those 2 weeks

Idk if I have or no I didyn’t go to doctor to check it but I feel like vomiting Afther eating and Afther not eating , or if I will have 2-3 bites of every kind of food I’m full and can’t eat but my mind tells me im hungry lol
