@melissabratic: The idea is to spend those first 10 minutes getting your mind and body truly connected by slowing things down and bringing awareness to details you normally do not think about, like your toes gripping the floor, your fingertips, and how each joint feels as it moves. You want to tune into your balance, your posture, and how your body is interacting with the ground beneath you. This is also the time to visualize how you want to perform that day, what goals you are trying to hit, and what the objective of the session is. Think of it as meditating through movement rather than rushing into intensity. Once that mind to body connection is locked in, you can gradually ramp things up with more intention and efficiency. By the time you reach the 30 to 40 minute mark, you are able to hit your peak performance with better control, awareness, and purpose. It is all about layering your warmup in stages so you are not just physically prepared, but mentally dialed in as well. #warmup #pregame #athlete #sports

I told you before. You need to focus and avoid injuries. Good luck, my butterfly.
