Good old Bradley washfountain. I’m a Commercial plumber and sadly these are all going away. When I started you could get a new one for about $1800. They’re $9100 now. The rebuild kits used to be $80. They’re $900 now. So sadly I’ve removed about 7 in the last few years. A declining relic due to corporate greed sadly.

You could still have individual sinks with foot pedal valves if your argument is that these use too much water. Then just put a sign near the faucet so people don’t stand there confused on house to turn the water on

All they need to change is to 1/4 the foot pedals and water spray so there isn't so much waste. So if only one person is using it only one corner of the fountain sprays. You can section the usage
