@laurenthompsonhome: I’ve been wanting to share how I’ve incorporated a few more family photos into our home recently! I’ll start by saying I love physical photos - I’ve always loved looking back through my parent’s old photo albums and home videos. And it’s so special to see the best memories displayed in people’s home too, it adds warmth and character IMO and makes it feel homely and lived in. Since Archie arrived last year, I’ve printed photos monthly (I use the @FreePrints app as it’s so easy) and have filled three photo albums, but I wanted to see some of the most special moments every day around the house. I received a couple of new frames for my birthday and Christmas, both from @ZARA , and love that the first one has 3 mount options so I can switch it up at some stage. I like to try and incorporate the photos into my interiors in slightly more subtle ways- our favourite wedding photo is a 6x4 in a large frame with an oversized mount, and here I’ve added a little instax print onto a coloured mount. It kind of makes you look and take it in that little bit more. Anyway I’m waffling, but my suggestions are to add more family photos into your decor, black and white always looks timeless, mix up your mounts (colour and size) and enjoy ❤️❤️❤️ I’d love to know your favourite ways to show off your photos at home? Ps we took all of these photos on our fujifilm x100F and love the vintage film vibe you can achieve! . . #diyhomedecor #familyphotos #interiordesignideas #framingmemories #homedecorideas colourful home, cosy home, photo framing, 1930s home, framing hacks, Polaroids, photobooth, framing ideas, photo framing,
