I have listened to and done manifestation techniques for like 20 years. not one single one have i ever found doable, understandable, and worked. and also, in this video, if you explaining something very important to people, why talk as fast as possible. the whole thing is frustrating

I'm always SO confused about the "as you're falling asleep part" and I feel pretty dumb lol. I never know when to start (?). I usually just lay in bed, eyes closed and I start visualizing until I eventually sleep. is that the right way?
