@dreforathletes: For those that don’t know, this is Alex Honnold👇 Alex is one of the greatest climbers of all time. He is best known for free soloing El Capitan which means climbing a 3,000 foot vertical rock with no rope, and no protection. He also just free soloed a skyscraper, again with zero safety gear. 😳 What he’s talking about here is super powerful. When you consistently face real fear, your nervous system recalibrates. You stop overreacting to small problems. Things that once felt overwhelming stop registering as real threats. When you have faced genuine fear, everyday stress just doesn’t hit the same anymore. When was the last time you chose to do something that scared you? Do things that scare you often. Your perspective will change. Don’t forget to follow @dreforathletes 💪
