I’m proud to say that I have always tracked. I know how much I’ll need when I retire, when I can retire with different scenarios. My Financial Planner asked if I wanted to work for her. I’m completely obsessed about it and have a therapist but that’s another story.

I’ve been trying to get my investor to help me plan our retirement. I have a spreadsheet I made up but it’s pretty basic. It doesn’t cover the different scenarios. He said they were getting new software 7 months ago, then he was getting training and now the software is not ready to be released. I’m interested in working with you.

tell that to the growing number of people in canada(think about 12 million) that have no retirement plan(average of 6000.00 in their accounts). nothing worst than when that day comes, you have to work till youre 80 and oh, just rely on the oas and cpp/qpp. think 18 grand a year. good luck with that.

I think the typical person nearing retirement nowadays can’t afford to pay someone to help with this. Nice for those who can though.
